Patient Guidelines

Dear Friends,

Welcome to A5elements. In order to ensure that you receive the best medical care and treatment experience, please take note of the following guidelines:

1. Comfortable Attire: Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.

2. Meal Gap: Allow at least 40 minutes after eating before receiving treatment.

3. Intense Exercise or Emotional Fluctuations: If you've engaged in intense exercise or experienced emotional fluctuations, please wait for 2 hours or until your pulse stabilizes before receiving treatment.

4. Alcohol Intake: If you have consumed alcohol, please wait for 2 hours before coming for your appointment. Treatment cannot be provided under the influence of alcohol.

5. Cannabis/Other Stimulant Use: Following cannabis consumption, please wait for 4 hours. For other stimulants, wait for 6 hours before receiving treatment.

6. Personal Items: If you are participating in "RejuvSleep TCM Healing Course" , please bring your own yoga mat, small blanket, small pillow, and clean socks.

7. Maintain Quietness: Upon entering the clinic, kindly maintain a quiet environment and switch your mobile phone to silent mode.

8. Respect for Privacy: Photography or recording is not allowed without permission to ensure privacy.

9. Provide Detailed Information: Please provide a detailed medical history and description of your symptoms to enable the medical team to offer the best advice.

10. Follow Medical Advice: Adhere to the recommendations of your doctor or therapist, including medication usage and lifestyle improvements, for optimal results.

11. Open Communication: If you experience any discomfort, concerns, or worsening symptoms during treatment, please inform the medical team promptly.

12. Timely Appointments: Arrive for your appointment on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us in advance.
